First day of Preschool (Pre-K1) today!!

We spent the morning with the Clawsons and Ms. Eavey in the Inner Harbor and had so much fun!!

Caitlin got to finally ride on a dragon boat in the harbor.  I even got to tag along while the Clawsons and Ms. Eavey watched Natalie for us!  Caitlin wasn't all that impressed and was ready to get off about 2 minutes in.  I think she was disappointed that she couldn't do the pedaling.  Someday!

August 16

Spontaneous trip to Avalon to visit the Cardones and Kummers thanks to Aunt Alexis.  Even though the drive was long and I was exhausted, it was the one of best days of my maternity leave so far.

Seeing how much fun these two had in one day makes me so excited for our trip to the Outer Banks in a few weeks.


First trip to the beach, and I can tell that she's going to be a beach bum just like her sister.  A HUGE thank you to the Kummers, Cardones and Alexis for helping me take care of my 2 crazy kids and also for the hospitality!!  It was the perfect day at the beach!!

August 15

Daddy was away today, and the weather was absolutely amazing, so I took the girls to Centennial Park tonight for a picnic dinner.  Caitlin was thrilled!


We went to the playground after dinner, and Natalie wasn't so sure about all the screaming/crazy kids running around.  She finally fell asleep though, and Caitlin got to play for a while!  Such a great start to a long weekend with my girls!
