Sometimes this is the best I can get... I'll take it. The weather was nice today, so we had a little picnic outside and played on the little swing set.

Just came up to go to bed and found Caitlin sleeping in the hallway. After I put her to bed, she had been complaining about something hurting and that she couldn't go to sleep. I told her she was fine and that she needed to get back in bed and go to sleep. It got quiet so I assumed that was what she had done. Clearly, I was wrong. #caitlinann

Happy 10-month birthday, Natalie! What a struggle these pictures were... she just wouldn't sit still. Maybe someday I'll get around to writing Natalie's 9- and 10-month posts!

Love these two. This is one of my new favorite pictures of them.

It took her most of the party to realize that Fenway wouldn't hurt her. I never thought I would see her do this. Crazy.

We also were lucky enough to be able to meet Pop Pop for lunch to celebrate his birthday. We even got a picture of him and the girls!

An outtake for sure, but so funny. Caitlin deals with hair pulling really well (such a good big sister), but the look on Natalie's face cracks me up.

She got herself in this position all by herself. And, then she promptly forgot to hold on and fell and hit her face.

April 10

Ryan had to work late tonight, so I thought I would treat us to Chick Fil-a. This was her reaction when I told her I was ordering her grilled chicken nuggets. We battled for a while, and there was a lot of screaming and crying, but I won. She ate 3 out of 4 of them and liked them.

Practicing standing at her music table. She needs help getting there, but she has decided that she likes to stand.

April 9

Very rough night tonight. Sent to bed early without Bubby. We had to sit with her in her room and outside the door to keep her in there at bedtime. All because she was hungry after dinner and asked for an applesauce that she ate about a third of, and then got REALLY upset because Ryan told her she couldn't have a banana unless she ate the applesauce.

Meanwhile, I got to hang out with this happy girl for bath time. She ended up sleeping through all of Caitlin's screaming/crying.

She tried sausage tonight at dinner and got to have a cupcake (and put her own icing on it). Cupcakes clearly make her very happy.

On Saturday, we gave Caitlin a turkey meatloaf mini "muffin" to eat for lunch. She wouldn't touch it. So, we gave it back to her at dinner. Wouldn't touch it. Guess who got that muffin back at breakfast the next morning and wouldn't touch it? She marched herself back upstairs (crying) because that's where Bubby was (she only has him at bed/nap time now). She was sitting in the hallway when I decided to run out to Target. While I was shopping, Ryan texted me this picture. She fell asleep on the 2nd step from the top (and he moved her to her bed after he took this picture). Crazy girl. She finally broke down and tried the "muffin" at 10:45am and then proceeded to have 3 pancakes, a bowl of cereal and a cereal bar. Poor girl was hungry!
