March 30
We had a bit of a rough weekend. She just could not pull it together and be a good listener. So much so that she lost Bubby both last night and tonight. She had a rough morning today, but pretty much turned it around by the time we got home. She was so upset (even crying real tears) when she realized she didn't get to have Bubby tonight. We held strong, but wow, it really broke my heart tonight. Hoping we have a good day tomorrow!
Silly one-sock girl. She found the apple today and was pretty proud of herself. If I remember correctly, Caitlin loved the apple too.

We drove up to PA at nap time today. Caitlin fought us on a nap for most of the ride, saying over and over that she wasn't "sweepy" (sleepy). All of a sudden, it was quiet, and we looked back and saw this.
Natalie finally actually slept at Grandmom and Granddad's house this weekend! She was up earlier than I would have liked, but at least she slept all night.

We had tickets to the circus in DC today, and we took a walk to the mall after because the weather was so nice. I wanted to take a picture of Caitlin with the Monument in the background. Ryan told her to jump, and this was the result. Probably one of my favorite pictures of her!
Caitlin also got to ride the carousel while we were there, and little sister happily hung out in the stroller.

Day 7 - Clearwater (our last day)
Natalie enjoying her second bagel of the trip. She enjoyed the first one on the flight down to Florida. She did a pretty good job getting it all gummy so that she could actually eat it.
Vacation wore her out. She's really just pretending to be sleeping, but she was out of the pool because she was upset with herself for not giving Leah a turn to swim to Aunt Alexis.
Daddy and his little fishy.
Daddy and the baby fish. Natalie loved being in the water, but I think she loved chewing on his sunglasses a little more.

Day 4 - Clearwater
The weather was much nicer today, so we took a walk to the park in the morning. Natalie got to swing for the first time. I'd say she approves.
This was clearly not Caitlin's first time swinging, but she definitely approved.
Natalie's first ride down the slide. She wasn't so sure about it.
She was sure that she wanted to get Daddy's sunglasses off his face though.
Queen of the mountain!
A rare family picture!
BFFs! Love these cuties!
I wish I knew what she was thinking.
She loved running (and jumping) through the cold water!

Day 3 - Clearwater
It was a rainy day today, so we went on an "adventure" to the Florida Aquarium in Tampa. Caitlin loved watching the penguins swim.
We spent the afternoon at the hotel (going a little stir crazy) waiting for the rain to stop.
The girls in their St. Patrick's Day outfits.
Fun with Mommy's hat.
Caitlin wanted in on the action.
Fun with big sister's hat.

Day 2 - Clearwater
The refrigerator in our room froze Natalie's yogurt. Perfect for our teething girl.
Edited to add: Today, Natalie is 39 weeks, 4 days old. She was born at 39 weeks, 3 days, so she has officially been "on the outside" longer than I carried her. So crazy.
Silly girl at the pool. Love that smiling face!

Broke out the old (more like new) toys today for Natalie. Big hit. Caitlin keeps answering the phone and saying "please take our name off your list". Clearly, we get a lot of calls from telemarketers.
